Found one in pretty good condition today and decided to take it home with me. Anyone at the moment have decent deals on 4506/4566 mags?

You best bet is to watch the auction sites for a FACTORY magazine. I say FACTORY because there is a company call Pro Mag that makes aftermarket one, avoid them like the plague.

YEs, use only factory S & W mags...check Brownells or MIdway for new mag springs, replace them in any old ones you may have, then there ya go!

Looks like new 4506 mags are scarce on the net at the moment, lots of the usual suspects are out. I did see that Greg Cote has some in stock: Smith&Wesson factory 4506 / 645 8 RD .45 acp 190620000 [190620000] - $33.95 : Greg Cote, LLC
