There has been some discussion about the availability of used LEO 3953's recently. Since I just picked one up, I thought I would post some pics so folks can see what those particular 3953's are like.

These are LEO weapons from Nashville P.D. I personally like the LEO stamp, and own a few. Some don't like 'em, but I do.

I have not been able to take it out yet, but did field strip it and cleaned it up. It was already very clean, with just a small amount of light oil to wipe off. I did add new-in-box grips, which I found cheap on ebay.

Any comments are appreciated.

Those new grips really set it off nicely. Most of the ones you see on GB (they're all from the same Tennessee based distributor) the grips have scuff marks. They aren't terrible, but the new ones make it look that much better.

Nice to see one of them bought by a Forum member. I've been watching all of them - sooner or later there'll be one at the price point I'm willing to pay.
