i know that the 22a-1 is discontinued. I have seen black, two tone, real tree and mossy oak color schemes.
I was told the mossy oak scheme was a limited production run. Is there any truth to that?
If so, would it make the one more desirable?
I don't think the gun has been out of production long enough for its value to appreciate. Right now, the guns in distributors' and dealers' inventories basically are distressed goods or close-out items. But if their higher original selling prices and the fact that they were a limited-run order can be used as an indicator, I would imagine the Talo editions would be worth the most down the road.
I agree as the Talo edition had the nicest set of grips on them straight from the factory. Overall the 22A was a decent pistol for the price range that they were in.
