These are the brackets in my 3rd edition catalog -- perhaps others have more detailed/specific information.

1991 THA1016-TVC7046
1993 TZU

If I am reading it correctly, it would suggest a manufacture date perhaps of 1992 (which is omitted from the table entirely in the book) or 1993.
