3953 TSW Holster
I picked up a 3953 TSW, railed version and have been searching for a holster with no luck. I searched the forum threads here and only found reference to High Noon holsters. Anyone know of a holster maker that makes one for this model? Thanks, Roger

The Alien Gear Cloak 3.0 has a channel that will accommodate the rail. It is listed as fitting a standard 3913 but there definitely is a rail channel. Should be fine for the 3953TSW. I'll add a photo shortly.

Roger,
Also, my Alien Gear holster for my Beretta PX4 Storm compact fits my S&W 3913 TSW nicely.

Red Blocker Holsters
I bought the Model DA-1 concealment holster for my 3913TSW with rail from Ted Blocker Holsters over 10 years ago and it is still in great shape. They have a good assortment of holster types on their website and I checked a few weeks ago and they said they still have the mold for the 3913TSW series, might be worth a call to them to confirm that mold will work for the 3953TSW.

Inspired by your post, I went searching for holsters that fit a Sig P225. Not quite as hard as finding a 3913TSW holster, but close.
I ended up ordering a G&G B803-229 which is listed as fitting the 225, 228, 229, with equipment rail. It came today and it fits quite well.
I like OWB holsters with a thumb snap, which this has. The thumb snap is the only place where the fit is a bit loose, but it's certainly manageable.
Thanks!

It arrived the other day and for the heck of it I decided to see how well the 3953TSW fit in it since I too was looking for quality leather for the Smith (I had contacted Ryan previously and he was unable to find a mold for the TSW). Lo and behold it fits in the P225A1 holster like a glove! Like so good that I will be carrying the TSW (I prefer it over the Sig) in it instead of the pistol I bought it for.

Holster
I know Desantis makes Holsters for it. It was one of the approved off duty guns for NYPD. Cobra should also and Sunset Leather.

For the regular 39xx guns, but I don't see one for the railed TSW guns. Holsters for those a very rare, which is why it's good to know that some Sig holsters will work.

An update on the holster search. I came across Cobra Gun Skin holster. They were able to make holsters for my 3953 TSW, 3913/3914, 6906/6904 round trigger guard,4516, 5946 and CS9. My 908 fits in the 3953 TSW holster and my 908 fits in the 5946 holster. My 457 fits in the 4516 holster.
Warrior Concealment was able to make a holster for my 6906/6904 with the square trigger guard.
My square trigger guard 6906 and 6904 will fit in the DeSantis leather open top holsters for the Glock 19.
