Hmmm . . . my SW M5946 carries an RJF prefix.
Furthermore, it appears "UCF" is associated with 1911 frames - at least thus far.
However, given Smith & Wesson, it really wouldn't be a surprise to learn yours is a UCF prefix. Indeed, the authors of the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, 4th Edition, and members herein have apparently located a hole in some of the later alpha-prefixes - that is to say, records are thin - and yours may help put a couple of the pieces together!
How about a pic? Cell phone will do fine.
Later.

Have you seriously opened four separate topics (or is it five...?) all asking about the same pistol?

So whats your point? Only way to get answers is to ask , but I see no one has the info I am looking for, by the high number of people who have looked at my post I was looking for answers but I was wrong.

Around 2007 or later is as good as I can narrow it. Houlton ME made 3rd gens are most often seen with that prefix. Not just the 1911s. Most NYPD 3914DOAs Ive come across use that serial prefix.
IIRC, so did the WVSP Melonite, integral rail 4566TSWs. Hope this helps. Regards18DAI
