I thought they stopped making these with the logo on them some time ago. Missed out on getting a set for my 6946 before the ban.

I emailed KSD about a month and a half ago. Once he recontacted me, I ordered them and it only took a week to receive them. Not bad for coming all the way from Istanbul Turkey!
The grips are one piece and fit perfect.

I'd really like that grip on my 4553TSW.

+1 for the KSD grips. I don't want to overstep my boundaries, but if you special request the grips with the logo through a direct purchase, KSD will still sell them to you. Remember you didn't hear it from me

I just ordered a pair KSD grips from that big river in South America site.
They don't have the S&W logo, but I don't think that will effect the accuracy.

I must be the only guy who has had no luck with KSD. Not the grips, the company. I wanted a set for my no rail 3913TSW. I had several email conversations about them and sent a set of the Delrin grips to Turkey so they'd have a pattern.
That was about a year ago. Then the turmoil started in Turkey, so I waited until the end of summer to contact them. I even had a phone call with Mustafah in which he promised that they'd make the grips and send them to me for approval.
Since then, no contact and frankly, I don't have the interest in chasing someone to sell me something.
Congrats to the guys who ordered and got their grips.

GaryS,
That's a real shame. I wondered if the world situation would have an effect.
I hope I have better luck. The big river site indicated there were 20 pairs of the ones I wanted on hand.
I know that means KSD is the shipper. At least, if they don't produce, I have a pretty good chance of getting a refund.

Grips left Istanbul Sat, arrived Cincinatti, via Leipzig Germany this morning.
Look just like the ones pictured above and fit like a glove.
No I have to find out about the recoil difference.

Yep, they really look great. I love wood grips. But, how are
they in actual use? I can shoot many rounds in my CS45 with
the factory grips. No problem. I know they are not the same,
but shooting my Kahr PM45 is, well punishing after a while. I
realize these pistols are not intended for extended range use,
but they still need to be shot to keep proficiency.
So, how do they affect felt recoil on a CS45?
Thanks

I intend to find out about the recoil today if the good Lord's willin' and the crick don't rise.
Would you believe 3 inches of rain and flash flood warnings where I was gonna shoot?
Well maybe I will have to shoot stranded frogs tomorrow.

It doesn't take much to prompt me to show off my Turkish grips on my 3914 LS:

I finally got out to shoot the CS 45 with the new wood grips to see how the recoil compares to the Hogue grips that came on it.
Well, it bucks and snorts but it's certainly not unpleasant to shoot.
I like it.

Iggy are the wood grips any slimmer than the factory OEM Hogues? Regards 18DAI

A little bit. They don't seem so wide in the palm swell area. I would guess them to be about an 1 3/8" at the widest part. They are narrower than the ambidextrous safety's.
One thing I like is that they extend down behind the magazine. You feel like you have a full grip on the gun.
I can't tell any difference in recoil, but I spent years shooting magnums so the 45 is a ***** cat.
