Default Model 41 Ejection Issues?

I have a Model 41 from around 1985. It has shot like a dream when I've fired it with no issues at all. It has been stored in the safe for several years and now it has having issues.

A fired casing will partially eject and a new round will double feed with the fired casing partially sticking out of the action. Also several light primer strike misfires. CC! Blazer ammunition. I doubt it has over 1000 through it and it's been well maintained.

I cleaned it and the issue continues to happen. However it seems to do better with higher velosity ammunition.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Its possible your spring may be getting tired but I would try CCI-SV ammo to see how it re-acts before you change anything out and a good cleaning also.
