Default SW PC 1911 Safety

SW-nation,

Trying to find an answer to this question, but do the Performance Center SW1911 (specifically, model 170343) operate off of a firing pin safety?

Thanks

If you are referring to a firing pin block mechanism, like in the series 80 Colt, the answer is no. They do not have such a lever driven safety on the FP.
