I have similar NL models....... ( no LS engraving).........................
The LS version turns some buyers off ....... others just want a nice 39xx...... and IMO the LS/NL is the classiest/coooolest version of the 39xx guns.
At the low end I'd put yours closer to $500 than $350!
Edit:
"Friends and Family pricing"...... $450
Fair market value............$500-600 to the right/motivated buyer.

What Bam-Bam said. I don't care what anyone says about "older technology" or "outdated" or whatever...these are great guns for those who like the platform. They can be had in many more configurations to suit the shooter than the current stuff. Don't get me wrong...I have and like M&P's...but they aren't "my" guns. They're just guns.
If they buyer wants your 3913LS then he/she needs to pay a fair price for what they are getting...don't give it away!

There are people looking for reasonably priced 3913's ,
On the other hand M&P Shields are currently under $300 with rebate good till July...
the Shield also has a lifetime warranty and full factory support where the 3rd Gens are reportedly not being repaired by S&W anymore besides spare parts supply drying up.

Locally that would be a $600 gun. And in our shop would not last a day. Good luck with your sale! Regards 18DAI

My wife bought a NIB 3913LS about six years ago for $400. She put a few boxes of ammo downrange before buying a M&P9c for carrying and turning the Lady Smith into a range gun/safe queen. She could easily get $500-$550 today.

I've got a 3913NL that I wouldn't sell for a grand. It has an action job by "T" and the slide refurbished by BMCM, the Master Chief, so I've invested enough in it to make it a keeper.
I've also got a 3914 that is shooter and carry grade:
It would take a lot more than $500 to get that one off me.

Need a thumbs up button!!!!!!
For the folks that are always asking me for pictures.......digiroc's 3913NL is a twin of my primary 39xx carry gun.
Though I use a steel base/flush fit 7rd. magazine as my primary carry mag. with a spare 8rd like pictured.

While the 3913NL is a fine shooter and a great CW, my first choice for defensive carry is the 3914DAO I got from a member here:
I put a set of Big Dot tritium night sights on it for super fast target acquisition:
