Those grips are beautiful, and now those slide cuts are starting to grow on me.

SW1911PC/ Doug Koenig 1911 .45
Both of these are fantastic. While the Koenig is not mine, I shot this one and immediately wanted one and the PC 1911 fit the bill.

I know it's not a 1911 but it is a limited-run S&W semi-auto pistol.
Please forgive me for including it.

It is a special-run Talo version of the alloy-framed Model 22A, a discontinued gun now that the Victory has been released. I like it a lot as it has a good trigger for a popularly-priced semi-auto and is very accurate. Cracking frames have been reported and S&W stands behind them well.

Here's Mine
1911 Sc with Hogue thin G-10's. Had to change the grip screw bushings from stock to thin to accommodate the thinner grips. I prefer the thinner grips as opposed to the stock grips.

I had this for a while but had to move it. Great gun that was a lot of fun to shoot. Accurate and 100% reliable.

After I bought this
This is a great carry piece, wearing Spegel cocobolo grips
And a Pro series in 9mm with Kurac grips

If I remember correctly, I dropped out of the bidding at $1100 or $1200. Can't remember exactly what it went for. Do you happen to have the SKU number?

The Performance Center full size seems to be a popular one here.
