Default Thin Grips for Model 46

I am looking for "thin" grips for a Model 46.
I know Harrett sells H-41 Grips for a model 41 but they are out of stock & I don't know if they would fit the older model 46's.
Is there another "maker" for thin grips for the 46?

Default Thin Grips

Thanks to Gary L. I now have very nice thin grips on my S&W model 46, It was sold to me with big fat target grips on the weapon and after market wood grips that were chipped and I didn't like them.
Gary was kind enough to sell me a set of thin grips. After some minor sanding on both grips I got a nice fit and couldn't be happier with the outcome. So Thanks again to Gary for helping me out, I appreciate it.

Hognfrog, I had a 41 set up exactly the same way in the early 80s. How did you find batteries for that old Aimpoint?
