Default Fast Magazine Loader

Just purchased a Caldwell 110002 Universal Pistol Magazine Loader. Loads 9mm, 357, 40,45 & most 380 ACP. Love it.

Unless one shows up at the range, I'll stick with uplula.

I have the uplula. The Caldwell is easier and faster. 🔫

Default I was thinking that I liked it......

....but it looked little complex and I thought, "How much does one of those cost?" I see you can get one on Amazon for 40 clams. Not bad. If I feel like I need to add a reloader to my Uplula I may pick one up Using about 300 rounds/range trip we have a LOT of loading to do.

That's why I got it. Cuts down on loading time. 👍

Interesting device for sure but it's going to have an uphill fight to supplant the smaller, cheaper, simpler Uplula as the reigning king of pistol magazine reloaders.

It's all relative. Range day yesterday was 7 hours... at 40-45 degree temperatures. It was a medium day for me, 720 rounds center fire and only 200rds rimfire. I brought nine handguns, eight of which were semiautomatic. I also had at least five magazines for each pistol, which helps.

I am 45 and thankfully don't suffer from any ailment (yet!) that affects my hands.

I absolutely use a mag loader and on top of that, I load most of my magazines the night before the planned range day.

I have 6" surgury scars on both wrists from Severe Carpal Tunnel syndrome. I never did get all the usage back with both of the oprations but it did relieve the pain years ago. I have less then a 2lb grip in my left hand but I still shoot two handed with both semi auto's and revolvers. I have to really concentrate on holding any firearm so I know I actually have them safely in my hands. Very limited handfeel but I will never give up trying as I enjoy it so much. I want to shoot until I finally go at the end. To me its that enjoyable. I use a Uplula loader as for me it helps me lot. Both for my 45APC and my M41 and M46. I fumble without them as to the No feeling most of the time. I have to watch every move I make or I spill everything all the time.
