Kydex holster for 4516 and CS45
Greetings,
I am looking for an IWB Kydex style holster for my S&W 4516-2 and my CS45. I can't seem to find any online retailer or major manufacurer who makes this type of holster for the aforementioned guns. I have a Clinger Scorpion for my 3913 and a Blade Tech for my Bodyguard 380 and really love the concealment, comfort and retention offered by both holsters. I'm looking for something similar for my 4516 and CS45. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Rob

I just bought a FIST Kydex holster for my 457. It's a #9 Rounded Front with a forward cant. I ordered it in ultra thin Kydex and it's very pliable. They have a variety of models and options available.

Pretty sure Bladetech makes a kydex IWB for a 457 too. Might work with a 4516-2.
Probably wont work with a CS45. Ive not found many 3rd gen compact holsters that will work with a CS45. The only one that comes to mind is a Don Hume JIT slide for 3rd gen 45s. Its basically a Yaqui slide with a thumbbreak. So the Cs45 works in it.
Hope this helps! Regards 18DAI

FIST shows the CS45 as a gun they make holsters for. Their website is kind of mid 1990s, but the information is there.
I've bought a few holsters from them and they are pretty good to deal with.

Usual suspects.
My kydex of choice is the Aliengear for 4013. It fits the 4516-2 nicely. The CS45 not do much.
Leather. Custom from a friend on the CS45. Older Bianchi for 1076/4586/4516 etc. The CS45 fits very nicely in this holster but with room to spare.
The oddballs that get used the most though have to be the Sticky Holsters.
A few options to consider for your fine firearms.

If you want a hybrid (crossbreed-style) holster, Tommy Theis made me a very nice one several years ago. Reasonable price and great fit.

I purchased an Assault Systems (now Elite Systems) holster for my now defunct CS45. It is a ballistic nylon holster which tension adjustment. That holster also fits my 5946 Model (NYPD). It should fit the 5900 series as well.
