Default Any one try hiViz on their E series 1911?

I have an E series 1911 and love it, but think I need a bolder front sight for my aging eyes. I have HiViz on a few of my revolvers and an XD, but was wondering if any here has one on there E series.

If so, any issues w/ POI?

Anyone know the height / width of the standard stock front sight blade?

Thanks in advance
