I have fired close to 6000 rounds through this firearm and haven't had a fail to fire like this.

Eight rounds would fire and two wouldn't. On close examination of the base it looked as if it had never be hit with the firing pin, some just had a scratch.

I disassembled the firing pin assembly and found the firing pin return spring was broken in half.

This is a tiny spring and when I contacted dealers here in Canada none had them in stock.

I have springs on order now.

Anyway I decided to see what I had laying around and found a spring on a little spinning blade lure that I use for fishing.
With some trimming and fitting it worked well even with rapid fire.

I'm wondering it others are starting to have spring problems with these?

I shoot steel challenge here in the U.S. and that's what I thought the problem was when I first read your headline. I've broken two and seen several others.

I have several TK parts that I keep with me when I go to the range and a replacement spring is one of them.
