Rough S&W 915 got a face lift!
Got this 915 in trade, decided it would be a good project gun. Turned it over to a local gunsmith and had him do the following:
Cut rear sight channel for a Novak and install
"Hi Power" cuts to front of slide
Stipple factory grip
Cerakote entire gun black
Overall very pleased with the finished result, I know purist may label me a heretic but ah well...

Looks like the top/and bottom of the grips are warped away from the frame .......(mine did too)
Pot of boiling water.. immerse the top/bottom half into the water for ... 30-60 seconds ...... wrap the grips in rubber bands...... let cool.
they will be tight...... narrower than the frame....... but will mold to frame.... ..............
