Default Update of my problem SW Model 41 from March

Hello all,

Just updating my Post from March 2016 of this year. I had a problem of the safety engaging while shooting and causing a dead trigger every so often. Had the same problem when i first had gotten it and it was sent to smith & Wesson for repair. It was working good for awhile and then same problem starting happening again.
In March ,i decided to send the pistol to David Sams. Well, he found the problem and repaired the gun by replacing the 2 piece safety lever with a 1 piece lever safety. He also , did some tuning up of other parts .
Should have it back soon and will update my post after i shoot it a bit.
