It can't be that "rare" or valuable if poor old TTSH already owns 2 of them and almost bought a third.
We established long ago that I can't afford any truly "rare" 3rd Gen pistols.
Both of mine were purchased in smaller shops North of Beantown (known around here as Boston's Northshore), so my theory is that some PD up in that area must have traded-in a bunch of them a few years back.
The Model 5943 is a personal favorite. Simple, lightweight, fixed sights, DAO, high-capacity with MA-legal "pre-ban" 15-round magazines... what's not to like!
