Disappointing to say the least that this is STILL happening out of the S&W's PREMIUM workshop.
And just as a follow up to my QC issue............. I even ended up emailing the S&W CEO, James Debney ( Debney, James,
[email protected] ) still remains unanswered ( it was however read, as I received the read receipt for my message )
To the OP, I would send it back.
It is probably just a piece of swarf or such stuck behind the locking pawl...... but even so, not good enough !
Shocking for such a company to treat it's customers with such contempt.
