Default SW 22-First Shoot

Took my new SW 22 to the range this morning. Earlier in the week, I removed the barrel and did a little cleaning and oiling. The take down screw had what looks like red locktite on the threads. Tried to find the correct size to fit a lock washer on it to hopefully keep the barrel from working loose as others have had it do. Couldn't find a washer but used an O-Ring instead. Snugged it down but didn't over do it. Ran 150 rds. through it without a fail to fire or fail to eject. And the slide and barrel remained tight. Don't know if the O-Ring helped or not. Only ran two brands of ammo, CCI Mini Mags and Blazers. Very happy with the results and especially the trigger. Has such an easy pull, took some getting used to after putting down my Performance Center 9mm. This little gun is a keeper.

Locktite kept screw in place. Found locktite on mine when I first cleaned it and have taken it apart 5 or 6 times in the past few months with no problems.

dmad1 I would strongly believe the O-ring you applied to your barrell did the job Extremely well. There has litteraly Been Doz's of other owners do it a 100% success rate.
