5906 revamp
Bought this from GB, it had quite a few scratches and holster wear...Took it completely apart and glass beaded it, back together with new grips...I really like this pistols...

Looks brand new! Nice work, have always liked the satin type finish of these guns.

GREAT GUN FRIEND! ENJOY IT! I JUST GOT A 4506-1 FROM 1992, AND IT HAS BEEN HAND POLISHED TO A MIRROR, CONTEMPLATING BETWEEN LEAVING IT AS IS, OR GLASS BEADING IT TO ORIGINAL

Good job finding the new grips! I'm guessing lucky enough to get them on midway a couple weeks ago when they were briefly in stock?
I find the wife's nail polish works well for filling in the safety dot. Wipe away any excess with acetone.

Good tip on the nail polish. I just picked up a buffed out 4516-2 where the red is missing. Thanks.
