Got the 639 home, a few pics
I got her home and used a green scotch bright to try to clean it up as well as a good disassembly clean and lube. Got my 2nd clip for it in mail today gonna try out at range tomorrow see if is worth $379.

You only paid $379 for a round trigger guard 639 w/adjustable sights? Next you'll be telling us you got the spare mag for $15 at a yard sale.

Sorry for bad pics all I have is cell phone pics. I tried and got some a little better. I need some indirect sunlight none of which i have had here today.

Very nice, good job "cleaning" it up.
I really like my 639 rescue I got years ago. Since it turned out so nice and had the square trigger guard, I was committed to square and adjustable for the others. Not complaining, but I kinda wish they all had the round trigger guards.
You did great !!!

What should I expect to get for a 639, round TG and fixed sight, 2 mags, original grips and a spare set of Pachmyr wrap-arounds?
Excellent condition.

just got my fourth model 639. Each one has a different square or round trigger guard and rear sight configuration. Who knew they made so many variations?
