A 3913... finally!
I've wanted a 3913 for a while. When I had the money, I couldn't find one. When I found one at a decent price, I didn't have the money. Well, good things come to those who wait, as my momma used to say. I found this one in a pawn shop this morning. No box and only one magazine, but it's super clean. It's been shot very little. Not bad for $400 out the door...

Looks very nice.
I just got one myself at a LGS. Paid more, through.
3913LS
BTW, MidwayUSA just had a magazine sale. Bought three more. Don't know if the sale is still on.

And, as a bonus, Midway USA has factory magazines on sale for $26.24 a piece. Ordered 4...

Outstanding at $400 OTD. That's $50 to $150 better than most of us will do for that package.
I know it's sacrilege but I prefer the MIM versions (black trigger and hammer) of these pistols. I think the trigger is better...could just be me. Congrats on a fine gun.

I'd agree about the MIM versions generally having smoother triggers, and I usually look for them over their non-MIM counterparts. I do have a few forged/non-MIM 3rd Gens that have very nice factory triggers as well, though they all seem to break closer to the back of the trigger guard.

Glad you were able to finally get what you were looking for. The same think happened to me when I was looking for a 3" model 65. I had given up and it showed up. Let us know how it shots.

What is a 3919? Every time I search for it it brings up all 3913s.
Thanks!

A 3919 is a typo you get when you're excited about your new 3913 and you aren't paying attention...

I bought one off GB that should be here next week. I was hoping to get it before Christmas. That way I could put it under the tree and tell my wife Santa brought it for me
Drive away cost will be a little more than that.
At age 58 and over 40 years of shooting handguns, this will be my first real 9mm, ever.

jealous
I had a 3913 and sold it....one of my biggest gun regrets. I remember the take down and reassembly being strange with funny levers that you had to hold down to reassemble.....I was into dao pistols then ......boy was I dumb!

I had a 6906 with regular steel and a 908S with MIM. Shooting them back to back, I'd give the edge to the smaller gun, but the difference wasn't great. And then again, it might have just been the individual difference you find in similar designs. Either way, they were nice guns.
