LNIB 39-2 Blue ???
Stoped by a local pawn shop yesterday which was quite busy and observed a blue LNIB 39-2.
I was pressed for time so didn't get to handle it but it and the box did look in excellent
condition. Price was marked at $750.00 and I know little about model 39's.
What do you folks that are knowledgeable concerning the 39-2 suggest this gun should be worth?
Thanks,
terry

Does it come with the papers and tools that were originaly in the box? If so, then $750 is a fair retail price these days. If you can get the price down a little, then consider it to be a big win. If it is just the pistol, one magazine and box, too high by at least $100.
Now for the bad news, there is a good chance it will not be there today.

No idea as to the contents, gun on top of box. I'll get back to town in a few days, who knows perhaps it will still be there as the shop is closed more than it is open.
Thanks,
terry

I'd say it is a decent price for a safe queen.

With the second mag (original equipment included 2) that would be a good price. Remember, 39 Series mags are pushing $100 ea now. If, miracle of miracles, there are three mags in the deal, it becomes a screamer.
The whole proposition is probably moot however, because at that price in these times, it’s probably gone by now. I hope you made it back in time!

Very fair price. I would have made the time to look it over and inspect box contents. I would have bought it for what you describe.

Hope you can get back there, hope it is still for sale. Take 7 benjamines and you will have quite a beautiful 39-2! Please let us know.

Hope you get a second chance. Boy they sure have shot up in price. $100 for a magazine!! The whole gun cost $125 new back in 74. The CS series are not far behind if not equal price wise today.

I bought a shooter grade M39-2 with one mag at a local gun show for $300. So I guess $750 for a NIB with all accessories for $750 would be good.

My guess is that 39-2 won't be there when you stop by again.
