Default Kudos to Richard at S&W customer service

I called the phone number Monday to see about getting a replacement for a sheared take down screw on my SW22 Victory. Richard was apologetic and promised to send two screws right out. He also said he'd send a new buffer when I told him mine was getting a little beat up. The parts showed up inside a padded envelope Friday. Now that's some outstanding customer service!
