Default Help identify this magazine.

Does anyone know which S&W model pistol this magazine fits?
Its is a 40 cal appears to be an 11 rd. and is marked law enforcement only and is serial numbered. Thanks in advance for any information you can offer.

The magazine fits a 4006, 411 or any other full size .40 S&W

The serial number is actually a date - 9/13/94 - the day the Clinton ban went into effect. Most LE mags of the period that I have seen had that number or 91494 on them.

Thanks for the info to both of you. The number is in fact 91494. Any idea what the value of this magazine might be? Does the ban date have any effect on the value? I got the mag in a "grab bag" of misc items, and just trying to recoup some $ on items I can't use.

$15 - $35 is the going rate IMO. An auction on the web recently saw a lot of 12 go for $120. Go to any gunshow and they're marked $35

They're common and becoming more common as 40S&W pistols are being transitioned away from. I have 6 of them and don't even have a gun for them. I see them at 25-30 at shows.
