I have bought it, want it, am happy to pay the $325 for it. It is in very good condition with 2 mags. There is some slight freckling on the right side.

But now I am just curious.....

Is $325 a fair price?

Even with a lot of finish wear and not much gleam left for "collectibility", $325 is more than fair... $325 would be a darn good price for a fully functional 39-2. It sounds like yours is quite nice -- sounds like a fantastic buy at just $325.

Yep. Extraordinary good price. You will not be sorry for this purchase. One of Smith and Wesson's most notable and iconic autos. And, a pretty good shooter! You have done well with this purchase!

These days that is an excellent price for a 39-2 with 2 magazines.
