Question ...CS-45 Info/comments..?

...Just getting ready to take delivery on My new Toy & would like any feed-back, be it good or bad.. Presently, My EDC is a 3914..
(if I am feeling paranoid, the 6906, for the xtra rnds.) I have been a 9mm guy for some years & .45cal is a new venture...

Congrats on the CS45! It is a fine little 45.

If your experience shooting 45s in general and small 45s in particular is limited, I would suggest a very firm grip and a locked wrist during your first range session with the CS45.

Little 45s are sensitive to the shooters grip. Unlike those fine 9mm models you mentioned.

I would also suggest you read all of member FastBolt's posts on the CS series guns. What he has forgotten about them we will never even know.

I bought mine brand new, carried it off duty when I was working. When I retired it is my carry pistol. That is a long time, and I know it will always work for me when I need it. I also carry a number of loaded magazines with it. Great pistol, from back when S&W could make good firearms.
