Local club has falling plate matches several times a month. I'm usually the only renolver guy but this week changed it up a bit.
A buddy had read something about mod 52's and asked me about them. Told him to be at the plate match yesterday and I'd bring mine we could shoot in an adjacent bay.
The 52, because of its 5rd mag capacity isn't a handy plate gun so I needed another gun for the match. Hadn't shot my 845 for a long time so seemed like a good choice, besides my buddy is a .45 guy.
He put about 25rds down range out of each, had such a grin his face must have hurt.
I didn't set any speed records in the match, an hour glass would have been a more appropriate timer but did knock down 95 out of 96 plates with the 845.
It was nice to get reaquainted w/those 2 guns.
Kevin

Two phenomenal handguns for sure! It would be great if you would add your Performance Center story to the recent "epiphany" thread.

The only experience I have with the m845, is reading and hearing about them. That is the one gun that I am chasing after. I have a m945, which is a crack shot. From what I gather, the m845 shoots even better. I know I'll find one sooner or later, I'd be happy with a shooter. Maybe someone reading this post will feel sorry for me, stranger things have happened.
