3913LS vs 3913 felt recoil, length, etc.
1 - Is it me, or is the 3913LS or NL, longer than the standard 3913?
2 - Does anyone with a 3913 LS or NL have pros and cons, vs the 3913?
3 - I believe the LS is lighter, so does that translate to any noticeable recoil above the 3913?
4 - When carrying the LS, do you notice any real difference, compare to the 3913?

I don’t think there is enough difference to go looking for one if you already have the other. The NL is racier looking, I suppose, but in shooting them I’ve always thought whatever gun had the best trigger was the winner.
I prefer my standard 3913, which is one of the most accurate 9mm pistols I own - out to 15-20 yards. Beyond that distance I have a couple of other 9mms that I can shoot better. None of the 3913s I’ve fired seemed to have accuracy problems, though about 50% of them had lousy triggers, IMO.
I doubt the LS/NL is any lighter.

I have not fired my 3913 LS yet, but I don't see how a few grams of weight could make any difference in recoil.
And I don't carry my 3913 LS.
Or any of my other 2nd and 3rd gens.
Ruger LCP's and Glock 21's and 30's get sweated on and fired, alot.

I have a 3914NL, 3913TSW (pre rail) 3953TSW (pre rail), and a 3913TSW (rail). I've also had two regular 3913s. They all felt the same as far as recoil. They are all very accurate, although they all shoot better with 124gr or 147gr ammunition versus 115gr ammunition.

My dad and I were shooting his 3913NL a couple weeks. We both commented on how soft it shot, with out a lot of muzzle rise. This was after firing my Beretta 92, which is a smooth and easy shooting because of it size.
Found and purchased a 3953, today, and expect it will be much the same
I started with S&W revolvers, not my addiction is spreading to the semi-autos!! Lol!!
