Default Unusual pistol resale value?

Hello all. I haven't been on in a while, but some of you are familiar with my unusual Gunbroker finds, specifically the two tone 3913 with the NL frame and the melonited 4013 single stack, decock only. Do they have any additional resale value or would they be priced as normal guns of that run in similar condition? They didn't come with boxes or paperwork so I know that does drop the value for collectors. I do have a factory letter on the two tone 3913 that says it left S&W in that configuration (not including the '17 Novak NS I had installed). I'd wager that the 4013 might have a higher auction value with a forum member now offering the 10mm conversion. Thanks for any replies.
