CHP 4006TSW
Wanted to give my positive review of the CHP 4006TSW I just picked up a couple of weeks back. I had my pick of a couple of them and of course snagged the nicest one of the batch. Initial impressions were very good, I liked the decock only as well as the integral rail. Honestly, Smith and Wesson should have made all of their TSW guns with the no rail and integral rail options.
Accuracy is quite good, and the trigger is smooth and has no trigger play spring issues. The gun has some wear consistent of a duty gun but the internals are excellent. I have plenty of mags for my Comp40/410S, and now this gun and have yet to have a single malfunction with any of them through it. I also opted to put a TLR1 HL on it since it will be primarily a home carry and nightstand gun. It will also be a primary carry when I'm camping up north.
At first, finding a holster online was a tough initiative. After calling around, I was able to connect with We Plead the 2nd holsters which are a local Phoenix operation. They have production kydex options as well as the ability to make custom holsters for locals who are willing to drop off their pistol. 5 day turnaround later, I now have an perfect OWB kydex pancake rig for the 4006TSW Shout out to them for a great product and great customer service.
Here are some pics!

Great review, nice looking pistol.
I of course went to the pictures FIRST, and thought, "what???"
After reading what all you had to explain, I got it. Very nice, that is going to be more than perfect for what you have planned for it.
Nice when an idea come to fruition. Very cool and practical, I like.

Initially I had no desire for one of these, then after the initial supply was bought up I wanted one.
Looks great & nice holster. Where did you pick yours up at?

I bought mine from Summit . He's a great guy , and as of late he has some . I am not a .40 fan , but I wanted one so I'd have a TSW in each caliber . OCD , heh ? But after shooting it , these are great guns . Mine was in 90%+ condition , and am happy .

Said it before, S&W should make his gun in 9mm and charge Sig prices.

The only 40 I own, and have no ammo as of today. I do like the integrated rail better than the bolt on variety.

His website is still showing sold out.
Is there a secret handshake? A secret code? A secret knock on his door?
And how do you get your choice when it's supposedly the "luck of the draw"? That's my big hang-up. You know I'd score the dregs of the dregs... one carried by a CHP who dropped it off his motorcycle onto the highway at least twice a week.

My gun store still has one left, with three mags. It's not a beauty queen but the internals/bore etc still look great. Price is $499. PM me if you would like their information.
