Default 4006 CHP

I know I'm late to the party but I just discovered this model. Couple of questions.... are they reliable? any issues?

And are there any online vendors still selling these?

Reliable? Oh yea. Durable as can be and very reliable. Weighty, but stone reliable. They are still out there, but prices are rising.

I just got a 4006 in a trade and they seem to be solid. I really had little interest in it and it was just to fill out a trade on a gun I really wanted. I haven’t shot it yet but the more I fool with it the more I like it. I may just keep it for awhile.

Unless you specifically want a CHP marked model, I have a very nice one for sale in the classified section.

Summitgunbroker.com was selling them. Also try Copper Custom, they were donating a portion of he sales to helps gun rights in California.
