Default Model 39-2 Value ?

Hello, I'm looking to sell my 39-2. It comes with the original box, the parts list, instructions, and maintenance sheet, cleaning tool and brush, wax paper, and 1 extra magazine. It is nearly perfect other than 1 very small nick below the word "Smith", which is visible in the photo. It does not appear to have been carried in a holster. It appears to have been a "Safe Queen". It's just too nice for me to carry around the woods and so I want to sell it. What are your thoughts on it's value as described? Thanks.
