Default Model 41 magazine won't stay in

One of my magazines keeps dropping out when fired. It's the magazine on the right. Both have the metal figure 8 followers. The pistol is S/N A761xxx

Thanks
Jim

Default magazine release

Adjusting the magazine release nut clockwise 1/2 turn should fix it. Remove the grips, then while depressing the magazine release nut plunger, rotate the nut to the right 1/2 turn. The nut has notches cut in it 180 degrees from each other. Hope this helps.
