I have a nice 22a I got in trade and just LOVE it! BUT, it came to me with the broken slide to frame hook that "all do". Is S&W still fixing these free? Incidentally, it still functions perfectly and is accurate.

I would suggest calling them via telephone and asking. I am sure they will do something about it for you. I enjoyed mine when I had it years ago now and it was Very Accurate as well.

I know it was a problem and heard they stopped fixing it and sending you a brande new gun (current model ) free if you send them a broken one. I'd just like mine fixed...
