picked up a real nice 3914 can anybody give me a build date? #TEC 2369. terry

My 3914, TEC47xx, was made in Oct-1989 (I have it's factory box) so your's was made some months before.
(FYI: as typical, the SN# TECxxxx was not specific to any one model.)
