TercGen grip. Outstanding!
I was truly excited to get home from vacation because I knew the TercGen grips for my recently acquired CS9 were waiting.
Straight to the bench and got em on in very short order.
First impressions?
Should have came from the factory this way.
Feels like it was meant to be this way. The Houges are bulky and too grippy on clothing.
This is Goldilocks. Just right.
TercGen’s workmanship is top notch.
I surely would ruined 3 or 4 grips before I even got close.
Worth. Every. Penny.
First range session with it was at the local “Metal Monday” shooting steel night.
I shot it better than my Hi-Power with a C&S trigger job.
Granted, I have spent waayyy more time and rounds in the past year on my 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen Smiths so my familiarity is higher with them at this point.
I did pinch myself once during an over zealous magazine change. Gotta lift the pinkie!
If you own a CS and don’t already have TercGen grips I highly suggest you get on the wait list.
This one is going into my carry rotation as soon as I get a holster made.
Thanks TercGen! You made my summer!

I agree! The TercGen grips make the CS9 "perfect!".
He is indeed a talented craftsman AND a very nice fellow too!
Best money I ever spent on a gun.
OP be advised that most leather/suede/soft vinyl holsters for a Glock 26 work for the CS9. I'm using a DeSantis Cozy Partner and a suede DeSantis soft holster, both for the G26 and they work great. Regards 18DAI

I shot my CS9 with factory grips for the first time yesterday. Also had a chance to shoot one with TercGens and the difference is profound. I'm going to need a lot more time with this gun to master it.

Glad to hear that you like the grips MidWesternBoy, and that the PO finally got them delivered! That was one of the worst shipping delays I've ever experienced with the US Postal Service, and I appreciate your patience in waiting for these to arrive.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words and support, and I'm glad that this hobby of modding 3913 grips is helping people to enjoy their Chiefs Specials. They're great little guns, especially once you fix the factory grip problem!

Thanks for that info!
I usually get the best comfort and concealment with hybrid IWB holsters but I will definitely look into those.

The difference with the Delrin grips is amazing.
Here is a pic of the CS9 next to my 908S.
The 908S grips are what I used for the CS9 grips.

The PM does not work for me. Must be a fault in the system.

Wow. My browser is not giving me the drop down for contact either and when I open direct to a profile, I can't get the "send message" drop down to work as well.
Something is amiss with the board right now.

I agree as I am still having issues. Must be the system. Can't even send the forum a message to report the issue as I don't get a drop down either.

Not sure what the problem is, I've been sending and receiving PM's here the last few days without issue. I've even sent you one.
Perhaps it's the device your using, I understand smartphones can sometimes cause issues. Try accessing the forum from a real computer.
