3904 Holster Sharing Question
I have an opportunity to pick up a nice 3904. The only thing putting me off, is that I don't care to buy another holster. I have boxes and boxes of holsters. Does the 3904 fit any other common gun holsters? Would it fit a loosely molded commander size 1911? Thoughts?

No it will not fit a 1911 holster. It will fit many Sig 226 holsters. I use 5906 as my "go-to" holster for all my 3rd gen 9mm pistols. The 39, 639, 915, 3913, 6906 etc all fit the 5906 mold. (3904 also)
If I had Sig pistols many would share holsters

Holsters that work properly with the squared trigger guard can be difficult to locate. I like the Don Hume Double Nine (H721-5M) holster for my 3904/6.

Just a thought, but maybe go through your holsters and test it in some of the obvious ones? SIG holsters often do it. I've got - as another member mentioned - an older Hume for mine.

Just an FYI: The Alien Gear peeps use a square trigger guard for their 59xx mold.

Holsters for the Walther P99 work well with the 3904. Regards 18DAI
