BMCM & my CS10
Just got it back , and I am excited . Found myself a CS40 and sent it off to Bill . If you visit here you know what kind of work he does . I've worked sheet metal on airplanes and heavy structure on heavy lift rockets for the USAF , and I can tell he has an eye for detail . I can't wait to get it to the range , included is a pic of when he took it to the range . Anyone who likes 10mms needs one of these !

Nice! From the research I've done, this conversion seems pretty simple. Chamber bored for 10mm, upgraded/heavier recoil spring, spacer removed from magazines, 10XX followers to replace the cs40 followers, and potentially a plastic buffer with stout 10mm rounds?
Do you mind listing the work that was completed? Can't wait for the range report!

If you look through this sub forum, I think BMCM put up a post with a lot of nice pictures detailing the work. Including his incredibly detail oriented modifications of the magazines.
I don't think it's this particular conversion, but the photos are great.

BMCM & my CS10
I wonder about the ballistic data on a 10mm fired from a 3” barrel. I would guess it’s close to a .40 round until you add more barrel length for more powder to burn off? I figured someone would do it though lol. Would like to see some testing if you can

I've got a 10mm 1911 in CCO configuration.. It's a spirited little rascal.
I suspect these CS10s buck and snort a bit too.
It almost tempts me to go looking for a CS40
