3913 Pocket Carry Holster
Hey all, I work as an armed guard & burglar alarm responder, and currently carry a Beretta 3032 Tomcat .32 on my weak side as a pocket carry backup gun (My primary is a S&W 5906).
My company has us work alone w/out partners. So open carrying in uniform I feel like a walking target whenever I go into the trunk for keys to any of our hundreds of clients' destinations. The .32 is better than nothing, but I'm looking to upgrade to a 3913 I just found in a local gun shop.
My pants pockets are very large and can fit the gun no problem. The problem is actually just finding a pocket holster that will cover the muzzle and triggerguard. As far as I can tell no one actually makes one, because the gun's a bit large for most pants pockets. I may even try to make one myself, but if any of you have a 3913 and can try it in any various pocket holsters you may own, that'd be ideal!
Otherwise any insight will be greatly appreciated! Thank you

You can't beat Mika's Pocket Holsters. He can make one for you.

I have been very happy with Kramer Leather, and have been using one of their pocket holsters for a G26, then G33, for at least 15 years and probably closer to 20.

You might want to try one of those Sticky Holsters, they can work either IWB or in the pocket. They list them for the 3913,

Are happy to see me or is that a 3913 in your pocket?
I think I would use a smaller gun.

HCH, Haha, both!
I'll use a smaller gun in the warmer seasons, but I am getting a good feeling with this factory-bobbed 3913
To everyone else, thank you so much for the suggestions! You have helped me much greater than google has.
I've seen word of this Mika on forums in the past, I'll look into him and the others and weigh it all out. Thanks again! I'll post back with what I end up doing

Mika will feel bulky for a couple of days, but then it conforms to the gun and your leg and disappears.
Besides that, he is a dang fine feller to deal with.

If you're really going to pocket carry a 3913, you might try to source one of the early 7rd flat concealment magazines.

Bob Mika offered to make a pocket holster for my 3913. After giving it a bit of thought, I decided that a IWB holster would be preferable for a gun of that size. YMMV

Mika is a good choice; so is Remora. I carry a Walther CCP 9mm in a pocket holster from Remora and, since it is "sticky", it works as an IWB holster as well. Which is the whole point of Remora holsters, obviously.
The pocket carry is limited to cargo pants. My jeans or slacks won't tolerate that gun in the pockets so I go IWB or pocket carry a M649.
Then there is the 2" K frame but that's a whole nuthuh smoke podnuh!

There are some specialty cargo pants that have VERY large side pockets for medium sized pistols. I have carried a 5903 IWB with a Kel Tec P11 in a pants pocket for back up. They took the same 15 round mags for backup.

I have a DeSantis superfly holster that is intended for a S&W M&P 9C.
It fits my 3913LS quite nicely.
Works well in cargo pants.
See the picture below.
The other gun is a Ruger LC9.

I would not use a pocket holster, that the barrel sticks out of. It will back out of the holster, and expose the trigger.

Yeah, I'm definitely looking for muzzle coverage as well as triggerguard. The Mika holsters look pretty good.

That may or may not be a problem. Some trousers are better for pocket carry than others; what flexibility you have on attire in different situations can impact that.
To me, based on my experiences, the bigger reality is that most people have the SAOAFR, and no observational skills. I have encountered people whom I truly believe would not notice a slung Barrett .50. Take a look at my avatar, and consider how completely oblivious one would have to be to not perceive that shiny muzzle on his dark face. If you can explain that lack of perception better than a complete lack of observation and SA, please let me know.
