Sigh. In the morning I sold two guns that had outlived their usefulness (to me). By the afternoon I'd given those $$$ to a local pawn shop I sometimes visit in exchange for this SW1911, serial number JRD5xxx. Pretty good shape, about 95% I'd say (a few light handling marks on the slide and a few more on the frame). Came with the original case, barrel bushing wrench, and apparently all the papers it originally came with except the owner's manual. Oh, well. Easy come, easy go.
I bought one a few years ago and like it so much I retired my Colt LW Commander as my carry piece. The billboard only bothers me when I am cleaning it. Man does it shoot!!
