Opinions on Model 411**picked up 5906 instead**
What would you think about Model 411 in very good condition with 3 mags for $325 OTD? Just considering whether I'd like to add a more-or-less 3rd gen semi-auto in .40 to the "collection."
Thanks for any info.

Reason: Meant to say $325 not $350

I would most definitely buy that, no question whatsoever. And I can say that compared to a 915, the 411 is scarce, production-wise.

I just edited my original post to reflect that it would be $325 OTD not $350, if that makes a difference to anyone. Don't know what I was thinking...

Buy it. Down here, you might be able to find one for $250-$300 with only 1 magazine. But with 3 mags, I would absolutely pay $325 for a nice 411.

There was one particular scratch on the frame, plus a ding I didn't notice the first time I looked at the gun, that gave me pause. So for another $25 I picked up another 5906 with 2 14-round mags. in pretty good condition.
