Help with value of 4513tsw
I am thinking of selling my 4513tsw, but really have no idea what to ask for it. It is the pre rail version that is as close to new condition as I think you can get. I can not find a blemish on it. It has a total of 24 rounds through it. Has its original case and all the papers. Only thing I do not have with it is the lock.
Thanks in advance for your assistance

I bought one new when they came out, but can't find out the price I paid. I keep it by the bed. You might check on Gunbroker to get an idea.

I've seen like ones get snapped up right away for $500.00 and other ones sit for $750.00.
I really like mine. Maybe you should reconsider parting with yours.

Last one local to me in "ANIB" shape (claimed to be "unfired" and probably was) with 3 magazines sold for $599.95+Tax. That was late last year. I considered it and probably should have bought it, but it didn't do anything that my Model 457S pistols couldn't do (except one less round). In the end, I just didn't love it enough to buy it.
It sold within days of me finding it. That was a good price IMHO. In my defense, I've got plenty of .45 pistols and am backing away from adding too many more to the collection in my old age.

Based on the condition and the pre rail 3953TSW I bought a couple of years ago, I would say ask around $600.00 so that you have some negotiating room. You can always decrease the asking amount, but generally can't increase it.

There's one a lot like yours on one of the gun boards (not the one where the highest bidder wins) for sale at $589. That's an outstanding price, and I'm surprised the gun hasn't been snapped up. It's advertised as new in box, but for all practical purposes, it's the same as yours.
Try selling it here on the Forum. Enough people here know what it is, that I think it would sell. Price is up to you.

I have a couple. Paid $600 in high condition with box for one and a bit more for the other. This was last year. Here's another vote for the $600 range....give or take depending on how fast you want to close the deal.
EDIT: Forget it. I am clearly an idiot. This might be the second time that I have made this same mistake in responding to a thread. Mine are pre-rail 4553TSW...the DAO version. Anyway, I'll double down at $600, up or down a few bucks.
