Cool I present a 1 of 1 suppressor ready DPA5906

Howdy,

Well I'm thinking she the only one in the world like it...

It all started with an idea that blossomed into something set in stone.

How is this possible may you ask ??? It all started during my normal talking "shop" with BMCM. We were talking about converting my Shorty .40 to .357 Sig when I said "To bad S&W doesn't/didn't offer a suppressor host 3rd generation pistol.....

Turns out I jumped the gun on buying the conversion barrel for the Shorty .40, when I realized the gentleman also sold 5in 9mm PC Briley barrels, you know one of those spur of the moment deals... I got on the telly with Scott Sullivan, the seller of both said barrels, told him I didn't want the .357 Sig barrel, but wanted the 5in 9mm PC barrel. Turns out threw Scott, Claudio Salasa over at Briley can cut down and thread the 5in 9mm PC barrel !!!!!

I sent the barrel with the DPA5906 to be hand fit/threaded and as of today she is complete....

RANGE REPORT!

Got her home 2 days ago, first thing I do is grab a mag and run out back.... BANG 1 round goes off threw the Silencerco HYBRID... aww $%#! Chambered a live round, but would not go into full lock up, give her a tap n' a rack BANG! $#!% 1 round goes off won't go back into lock up... this continues for 15rds...

After talking with Bill(BMCM) I needed to do some stoning to the tab on the barrel... today at 12noon ran 50rds flawlessly threw her, boy is she sweet....

After 50rds the only downside I can pick out is because she is a Performance Center lady she's very tight and susceptible to dirt n grim being blown back into her....

Big shout out to:
BMCM for talking "Shop" and helping me, Scott Sullivan and Briley for making my idea come together...

Thanks
Erik

I have a Hybrid and run it on a Sig 320 Tacops and experienced FTF until I tried 147 grain bullets. It works well with heavy for 9mm rounds.

Nice 5906 may have to look for a barrel. Are you using a booster?, since I do not see it. I use a booster on all tilting barrels. The MP 45 with a liberty Cosmic is fun. I have been using 9mm 158 Sub sonic through the Glock 19 , with Liberty Mystic. Enjoy. Be Safe,
