7-round 45 magazines
What 3rd generation (or Performance Center or other) 45 caliber models use the single-stack 7-round magazines pictured below?

That is probably for the 4516 and similar sized auto loaders
The only other 7 round 45 is the Shield, but that clearly is not a Shield magazine

Would that be the 2nd version of the 4513 with frame rail? . . . or will they also work in the 6-round 1st model 4513 TSW?

They will work, but they will stick out of the bottom of the mag well.
