Default Gun Show find

Picked up a nice clean 745 this morning. Traded a Kimber 1911 for it. It is not one with the markings on the slide, but still nice. I will post pics soon.

The upside, you traded a commonly available commercial 1911 for an out of production and rare IPSC gun from S&W. If you're a vintage S&W collector, you did well. If you're not, then it depends on the model Kimber you traded for it as to whether you did well. If you're ever unhappy with it. I'll entertain any interest you have in selling it.

Thanks for the comments. Not really a S&W collector, but thought I might try it for IDPA. I traded a Kimber Team Match II that I bought many years ago for $500. Guy was asking $900 and it accepted an even trade. I field stripped and cleaned it last nite. Not exactly clean but it looks good overall. Will keep you offer in mind. Send me an email so I can keep it for reference.

Thanks!
