Default CS9

Found this today at the LGS. Think I will give it to my daughter to carry.

Looks very nice condition wise. Nice scoring a blued version as not as many produced as stainless versions. These CS series sure get grabbed quickly. Nice score!

I guess you really love your daughter. That CS looks to be in excellent condition. (Mine used to look that good.)

You probably know this already and maybe it doesn’t matter to you, but when I called S&W about my “blued” EKW prefix CS9 they told it left in 1999.

Pretty tickled with her. When she went to college, I put together an array of handguns so she would have one in her apartment. I had Glocks, Sigs, Rugers and Walthers. All medium size autos for her to choose from. Threw in an old Mod 64 4 inch HB also. She looked at all of them, handled them and said, I'll take the wheel gun. I am an old wheel gunner so it made me proud. I got her a 3913 to carry and we will see if she want to swap it for the CS9. She will probably end up with both.

The CS9 is a far more accurate pistol than anything that size has a right to be.

That's a nice looking example, hope your daughter enjoys it! Sounds like she's got great taste in firearms, you must have done something right...

Nice buy! I'm sure you and your daughter will be glad you got it. If she opts for the CS9, then you can get her the TercGen grip for that next present giving day.

Have not seen a stainless version let alone a blued one in years at my favorite LGS. Mine was purchased in 99 also. Sure wish S&W would make an exception and produce em again. Talk about moving like "hotcakes"
