It's a Performance Center 4006 Compact Stocking Dealer special. A couple have sold lately on a well known auction site. Prices were $1900 to $2500 roughly. One of the ads state they were manufactured in 1994. Approximately 207 built.

That sir, is whats called SD40 its was a stocking dealer special. They came in 9,40 and .356TSW. Very un common gun and can fetch between 1800 to 2400 given conditions...

Its only had around 100 rounds gracing the barrel and is for sale
